Plan Review Services

Versteeg Associates provides detailed code compliance reviews of architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
 
Reviews are performed on a third party basis to code officials during the building permit process or as support to designers during the various design development phases.
 
Each review includes written report(s) summarizing the findings of our review identifying areas of non-compliance and/or those requiring clarification together with the applicable Code references. Our services include the review of revisions or replies submitted in response to our initial review comments.
 
Our extensive experience includes complex residential, commercial, educational, and institutional projects from schematic design to final construction documents.
